Courtyard Minimal is an intelligent home built from clarity rather than complexity. The plan is organised around two internal courts that bring light, air, and nature into the centre of everyday life. A single linear skylight acts as the home’s spine, creating a soft, even daylight that dissolves the boundary between inside and outside.

Everything here is reduced to essentials — no excess, no noise, no ornament. The house nurtures a tree, frames conversations, and allows movement to flow effortlessly across spaces. Its intelligence lies in what it leaves out.
